Quan Zheng is a research scientist at the graphics department of Max Planck Institute for Informatics, leading by Prof. Hans-Peter Seidel. Prior to moving to Saarbrücken, Germany, he was a postdoctoral researcher in Prof. Matthias Zwicker's laboratory at University of Maryland, College Park. He obtained the Ph.D. degree from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2017, supervised by Prof. Changwen Zheng. His research centers on visual computing, including rendering, sampling, computational imaging, artificial intelligence, etc.
